A West Texas Gem!

At Post ISD, we believe every student matters, and every moment counts. Located in the heart of west Texas, Post ISD serves the community of Post and surrounding areas with pride, tradition, and a strong commitment to academic and personal excellence.

We are a small, rural district with big aspirations – educating over 700 students across three campuses: Post Elementary, Post Middle School, and Post High School. Our student-to-teacher ration of 13:1 ensures a supportive learning environment where students receive individualized attention and care. We are proud of our diverse student body, with more than 60% identifying as Hispanic, and we strive to create an inclusive culture that values every background and voice.

Part of the Community

Post ISD is deeply woven into the fabric of Post, serving not just as an education institution but as a hub for local pride, tradition and unity. Generations of Antelopes have passed through our halls, and the district’s success is a shared commitment. We’re proud of our strong community partnerships and a dedicated team of over 50 teachers and support staff who go above and beyond to serve our students.
